Blackstock-Nestleton United Church

Enthusiastic congregation of The United Church Of Canada

BNUC Choir

Singing in church is once again allowed without a mask,

but if you feel more comfortable wearing one, your wishes will be respected.

We have an excellent organist and choir director in Linda Kyte.

Her piano/organ duets are especially enjoyed and listened to with awe

by those who have never known one person to play both instruments at the same time.

Oh, the wonder of technology!

Choir 2022

On Dec. 11, 2022 the choir presented the Cantata “Dancing Into the Promise”.

The choir practices after the worship service on Sunday mornings.

They usually sing an anthem each week to highlight the theme of the service

and present an annual Cantata at Christmas time.

Michelle leads a hand drumming group in the church

and each Sunday she is often joined by Shirley as they accompany the hymns.

It will be up to each individual as to whether they mask or not.  Although there will not be a requirement to mask, we would urge anyone who wishes to do so to mask up and for everyone to respect each individual’s decision.  Sanitizer and masks will be available.
